Abstract

The idea of work life balance was developed because of the reality that a person's professional and private spheres of responsibility might place competing demands on their time and energy, and that these demands should be treated with equal weight. The term "work life balance" is used to describe the act of juggling one's professional and personal commitments in a healthy manner. Due to the variety of tasks that women perform at home and the way that their personal lives often overflow into their professional ones, striking a healthy work-life balance has become one of the most difficult challenges for working women in the modern day. “Osmania University, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakatiya University, Palamuru University, Mahatma Gandhi University, Telangana University, Satavahana University, ELFU, NIT Warangal, IIT Hyderabad, NALSAR, Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), and Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University (PSTU)” are among the universities in Telangana. Both primary and secondary sources were used to compile this report. Questionnaires are used to gather primary data, while websites, papers, journals, etc., are mined for secondary data.
