Job autonomy, job stability, flextime, work enrichment, and employee participation are some of the QWLB characteristics.Using convenience sampling, the study follows a descriptive research methodology. There will be 135 participants drawn from the pool of IT experts employed by businesses in Madhapur HITEC City, Hyderabad. In order to evaluate hypotheses, analysis is carried out using SPSS software, using methods including multiple linear regression, independent sample t-test, and analysis of variance. Job productivity is positively and robustly correlated with QWLB variables, according to the results. Additionally, when looking at demographic characteristics such as age, gender, and years of experience, there are statistical disparities in QWLB variables and job productivity. In order to help businesses improve QWLB for their workers and boost productivity and happiness, the research finishes with some contemporary methods and ideas. “
