Abstract

The study's primary goal is to assess consumer satisfaction and awareness of the Meesho application. Meesho is one of India's biggest e-commerce marketplace platforms.  Consumer satisfaction has become an increasingly crucial component for firms seeking to compete in a competitive market. First, quantitative data was gathered via online survey questionnaires issued to Meesho application users. The survey evaluated different aspects of customer satisfaction and awareness, such as product quality, delivery time, user-friendliness, customer assistance, and overall satisfaction with the application. Second, qualitative data was gathered via in-depth interviews with a subset of survey respondents, allowing for a comprehensive insight into customer perceptions and experiences. The study found that consumers are aware of the products that are offered on the Meesho application.
