Abstract

Employee satisfaction plays a vital role in every organization, but sometimes employees may get dissatisfaction due to various reasons like monotonous work, frustration, boredom, anger, organization policy, reporting supervisor, working hours, working environment, and poor relationship between co-workersEvery manager aspires to reduce employee job dissatisfaction at all levels of the organisation, from the top to the bottom, even inside their own department. This is a common problem in many organisations since it is difficult to pinpoint the elements that impact the quality of work-life balance in the workplace. Only a few companies link their profitability to their ability to satisfy their employees, yet employee satisfaction and the quality of their work life have a substantial impact on a company's capacity to efficiently serve its consumers. Measurement of workplace quality supports in the effective and efficient deployment of resources, resulting in increased production and employee stability.
